    Class of 2017 Record-Breaking IB Results

    • The School is proud to announce the record-breaking achievements gained by the Class of 2017. The IB Diploma is the worldwide prestigious qualification for Secondary international education. The highest potential score is 45, from a combination of six subjects and three core elements to complete the two-year course.

      • Top score: 45 (2 students)
      • Score of 44: 4.94%
      • Score of 40+: 25.93%
      • Score of 35+: 48.15%

      Ying Nga Fei (Ivy) scored 45, having joined at Upper Primary, will be attending Cornell. Chan Wai Ka (Daisy) joined at Year 10 and will attend Hong Kong University, to read Medicine. The following students were rewarded scores of 44: Au Yeuk Ying (Anson) will also read Medicine at Hong Kong University. Xu Haifeng (Jimmy) looks forward to reading Medicine at the University of Cambridge. Wang Yanqiu (Alice) will accept an offer to study at Stanford and Lee Chun Ho (Vincent) to either University College London or London School of Economics.


      Working closely with our University Guidance Office during their senior years, our Year 13 students received multiple (early) offers from Universities around the world, including University of Cambridge, University College London (UCL), University of St. Andrews, The University Edinburgh, Kings College and many more for an extensive list from the UK. In the USA students’ multiple entries include New York University, University of Washington at Seattle, Northwestern University, University of California, Davis, and many more. In Hong Kong once again our students received offers from Hong Kong University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Graduates also welcomed offers from top universities in Canada.


      We wish each and every one of our graduates all the very best as they pursue the next important phases of their young adult lives.
